The golf course at Eastern Star Resort was designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., one of the leading designers of championship golf courses in the world. It offers plenty of challenge to the experienced golfer, along with solid enjoyment for the beginner. The eighteen holes are beautifully carved out from a coconut palm plantation, and wrapped around and through the lovely residential area of Eastern Star country club & resort .

This is a "thinking man course" that can be successfully navigated with a little strategy. The gently undulating fairways and greens are sprinkled with 65 bunkers, 11 lakes and more than 2200 coconut palm trees. A classic example of a link style golf course, it offer generous, but narrow landing areas. The bird house tell the distance to the center of the green. Red for 150 yards. Yellow for 100 yards, and on the par five, Blue for 200 yards. The course plays to a Par 72.
